Mixture pasteurizer & ice cream batch freezer
Semi-automatic equipment to produce ice cream on water base (pineapple, lemon etc.) or on milk base (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla etc.), with pasteurization included.
Ingredients are prepared in the upper cylinder and heated up to 85ºC, then drained to the lower cylinder, where the ice cream beating process occurs, under abrupt freezing.
The result is a very much efficient pasteurization, since the mixture intensively drops from +85ºC to negative temperatures.
Practical and fast equipment, no need separate pasteurizer.
Stainless steel cabinet, with rounded corners.
Tropicalized refrigeration, ecologic gas.
Indirect heating.
Two independent cylinders. The upper cylinder heats the mixture, and the lower one abruptly freezes it.
Heating up to 85ºC and cooling up to -11ºC, extremely fast cycle.
Electronic panel for the temperature control and general functions.
Produces 10 liters of pasteurized ice cream in just 10 minutes, with firm consistency.
Triple helical dasher for perfect ice cream extraction, ready to serve.
Tilting lids, to facilitate cleaning process.
