Rotary machine to fill, pack and label ice cream containers
Automatic equipment for ice cream filling and packing. Connected to a continuous freezer, this machine pours the ice cream in the correct quantity to fill various types of recipients, from cone types/sundae cups to pots of various formats up to 2-liters.
It has automatic dispensers for the pots and their respective lids, besides a device to print the date of production and validity. It can also be equipped with chocolate, topping and granulate dosers.
Production of 600 to 4000 units/hour.

Angular control of production exempt of cams (no use of electro mechanic positioner).
Just introduce the recipient capacity and the production flow of the product to be packed. The gyrofiller calculates the correct speed function.
In the absence of the recipient a special sensor interrupts all the subsequent stations, in a logic sequence, until the station is reloaded with packing.
Automatic and sequential start/finish of packing in each station (easy to operate, product savings).
Counter meter of packed products.
Automatic stop after the sequential lack of 12 units.
Position control of dosage during production, allowing to adjust precisely the design of decoration, without interruptions.
