    This machine represents a bit of the history of ice cream equipment. Despite being very simple, apparently only an industrial liquefier/blender, it represents the beginning and evolution of small business in this segment.

    Many housewives started the ice cream production using this mixer and a domestic freezer, without any other specific machine. The helix of this blender homogenizes milky mixtures very well, with an incredible air incorporation.

    Many popsicles producers considerably increase their profits with this incorporated air in the mix, leaving the popsicles much softer.

    Besides the fine homogenization, many ice cream producers increase their profits with this incorporated air as well, giving an incomparable texture to the ice cream.
