Super C2

Double continuous freezer, for 2 ice cream flavors



    Automatic equipment for ice cream production with high incorporation of air. Two "Super C" model machines are mounted in the same cabinet to reduce space and costs. The two machines can operate at the same time or separately, to produce one different flavor each or the same flavor at the same time.

    Mostly used in 2 simultaneous flavor production.

    Production of 200 to 360 ice cream liters/hour, with 100% over run, at final temperature of -5oC.

    *The production depends on climatic conditions and installation of the places where the machine is located.

    Electronic command in all operations. Pump speed, motor amperage indication and cylinder pressure. Pump speed control through frequency inverter, makes the operation easier and increases the useful life.

    Defrost gas injection, to decrease production to 2 x 100 l/h.

    Adjustable air incorporation between 50 and 130%.

    Inlet and outlet of mixture at the front part of the machine, easy to handle and clean.

    Working pressure up to 11 bar allows the connection with machines for ice cream extrusion and confectioning.

    Tropicalized refrigeration, ecologic gas.

    Compact and easy to displace and transport.
     

    Business purpose

    To enterprisers with experience who need to produce two ice cream flavors at the same time. To produce only one flavor the two cylinders can be used toghether or separately, depending on the demand.
